Scott Schlueter, Co-Founder Lovehappens.co

Wildwood Missouri, June 2021LoveHappens.co is a west St. Louis County-based e-commerce company that has a faith-based mission of bringing people together.

“Love Happens same love different day is a faith-based Christian apparel and gear company with the vision of celebrating life love and recovery,” Scott Schlueter, Co-Founder of LoveHappens.co. “We embrace our love of God through his son Jesus Christ.”

“We are growing within all communities,” Schlueter said. “Being a faith-based brand, we're searching out people that are seeking what we feel is the truth.”

“We couldn't feel more blessed by the opportunity to really shine the Lord's light within a brand of apparel gear that is in our eyes timeless,” Schlueter said.  “Love happens, same love different day, has embraced our walk within the light of God.”

Schlueter credits his co-founder Tom Nelson, his girlfriend Karen Morrow and many others with helping drive the success of their business, in addition to furthering their mission to bring people of faith together.

“Our mission is really to bring people together of all walks,” Schlueter said. “All people want unconditional love. We are all meant to walk together as one.”

Schlueter said his faith, as well as the mission of his company, are like a song in his heart.

“I have a lot of metaphors about music,” Schlueter said. “Love happens is a song the Lord has allowed me to write and continue to write.”

“I am a Christian musician with some deep rock and roll roots, Schlueter said.  “I am building a band and our band is playing this song daily 24 seven.”

Schlueter said that people are listening to the song and responding to the message by buying apparel. The company is offering a variety of products for men, women, children and even pets.

“We started out really just with t-shirts and hats, but today we have something for everyone,” Schlueter said. “We have over a hundred products now within our lines serving people of all ages and demographics.”

The trademarked message of “same love different day” is designed to rebut the “same old, same old” message you might be familiar with people saying.

“I've never really said that personally,” Schlueter said. “I didn't like to hear it. Could life be that boring?”

Schlueter said the “same love different day” message is about the joy that comes from faith and the belief that the lord provides unchanging, unconditional love.

“It is about embracing joy from the inside out,” Schlueter said. “It doesn't mean you're happy all the time. You can't be.”

“I don't think the word happy is in the Bible once, and there is a reason for that,” Schlueter said. “Because happy is worldly. Joy is spiritual.”

“Our brand is about tapping into the joy we all have,” Schlueter said. “While we have an important mission,” Schlueter said “Our apparel is really supposed to be worn and enjoyed.”

While the company is a for-profit enterprise, they have an affiliate and brand ambassador program designed to help faith-based organizations raise money to support their mission. Affiliates are given a private link to the company’s website to share with their followers that allows them to earn generous commissions.

Lovehappens.co recently launched a Facebook group to encourage followers to share their own stories about the faith.

“We are building a ministry within our brand,” Schlueter said.  “Love happens is about healing the world one heart at a time. Same love different day.”
