"So we do have a different range of patients. Sometimes you can have a younger patient. If we're in a trauma hospital setting with an inpatient rehab facility, that could be a motorcycle accident, car accident, amputee, things like that. But most of the time we're working with more of the patients with strokes, orthopedic surgeries, bilateral hip replacements, and things of that sort at radial health, we are contracted with the hospitals and the inpatient rehab facilities. And then we also contract with skilled nursing facilities and some assisted living facilities as well. That helps us create that continuum of care for the patients after discharge from the hospital over to the skilled nursing facilities, and then onto the assisted living facilities too. One of the things I like about our organization is that they understand that that need is extremely important for the patients, get the care that they need and become independent again and have their lifestyle back. For instance, if they played golf every day and they had a stroke, we wanna get them back on the golf course. That's the goal. We want them to be happy again. It is important that they gain that level of independence back and can be with their families. Again, it's extremely rewarding to me to see that the patients are able to go home and live their life of independence in their own home."
